Give God praise during the good times too!

Sometimes when things are going good in our lives, it 's easy to forget to pray. Recently, I was praying that God would answer my prayers about where I should attend for Grad school and He did just that! I wanted to make sure that I gave myself room to allow God to work out His perfect plan for me. So, when I received my acceptance letters I was just too overwhelmed with excitement. Even though my excitement has been through the roof, I have continuously been reminding myself that I must not forget that it was He who saw fit for me to go to the school of my prayers. Because of this I must never forget to give Him praise.

I try to always keep in mind that anytime elevation happens I must always draw near to God. It's something about Elevation that makes distractions want to creep in and create some sort of blockage.

Needless to say, I will begin my program in the fall and I cannot wait to get to work! I am super excited to begin this next journey in my life and I am praising God today and forevermore!
